Peer Coaches
The NORDP Consultant Program annually recruits individuals with recent senior research leadership experience at Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs), Predominantly Undergraduate Institutions (PUIs), or Emerging Research Institutions (ERIs) to serve as Peer Coaches. With broad leadership responsibilities in research operations, Peer Coaches support leaders in the Intensive Cohort Program by fostering adaptive leadership, resilience, and self-efficacy. Through monthly one-hour meetings, they provide insights, encouragement, and strategies for managing change, addressing challenges, and building sustainable research practices, empowering participants to achieve lasting, sustainable progress.
