EMERGE Library

Equipping Minoritized and Emerging Research Institutions to Grow their Enterprises

The EMERGE Library is the first national library of collaboratively written and peer-reviewed plain language research enterprise guides that center the voice, perspective, and expertise of minority-serving (MSI) and emerging research institutions (ERI). Importantly, all EMERGE topics were identified by MSIs and ERIs partnering with the NORDP Consultants Program.

EMERGE Resources documents the research enterprise best practices and strategic innovation that MSIs and ERIs leverage to make substantive contributions to the US research enterprise, covering many issues related to both research administration and research development.

Developed for different audiences, including faculty, research support staff, and research leadership, the resources provide contextually relevant details for implementing a particular research enterprise skill, function, service, or strategy.
