Biography

With 35 years of experience in research administration and research development, Carolynn serves as the Associate Provost for Research and Sponsored Projects, Office of Grants and Sponsored Projects at Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) and is a member of the NORDP Board of Directors. Prior to joining FDU, she worked at Hunter College in New York City for nearly three decades. She completed her EdD from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2022.

In 2023, she received the NORDP Mentoring Award in recognition of her unique ability to provide an engaging, supportive, and inclusive environment for professional and personal growth through mentorship in the research development community.
