With over 20 years of experience, Shauncey is the Director of Projects and Strategic Planning at Mississippi State University's (MSU) Meridian campus. Her career has been characterized by a steadfast commitment to research development, project management, and international collaboration. Her international experience is a cornerstone of her career. She has played a pivotal role in assisting MSU researchers and global partners with proposal development and submission to a range of funding agencies, including USAID, USDA, NSF, NIH, NASA, and DoD.

Throughout her career, Shauncey has excelled in project management, financial oversight, and the development of research programs. She possesses a strong record of ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating multi-investigator proposals, and managing all aspects of sponsored research projects. Her leadership skills, ability to maintain positive relationships, and her proficiency in handling complex data have contributed significantly to her effectiveness in a diverse and dynamic work environment.
