Peer Mentors
Annually, the NORDP Consultant Program opens applications, seeking NORDP members who have experience expanding research capacity at minority-serving institutions (MSIs) and emerging research institutions (ERIs) and are aware of the personal and professional challenges that those leading change may experience. Peer mentors provide support to the partnering institution's lead, meeting monthly for an hour, to share experiences, paths to success, advice, encouragement, and inspiration.
